Year6 science test

We are trying a  yeast race.









This is what we have at the moment,we are trying to make the yeast rise.
So far it's like a thick milkshake.ITS GROSS! 


Yeast are microorganisms.microorganisms are little bugs,there so small you will need a microscope,
they crawl all over your body! But the microorganisms in yeast are useful. They help bread to rise. We will record are yeast on a table.(in measurements)(ml) In
30 mins it will be done. Well we hope. :) 
 We found that the one with sugar rose the most

    Doing this experiment was so fun- even though it had never been tested before! I learnt that yeast can rise 5ml in 5 minutes. : )
