Kick, step, step

Kate, our dance coach, has been teaching us the correct way to stretch our calf muscles.

    1. It's significant that we warm up and stretch our muscles correctly and safely (which we always do!) because we could really damage our muscles if we just go straight into the dance.

  4. It is extremely important to stretch our muscles as all of the activities we do involve using different muscles- if you don't warm them up safely and correctly, then you could injure yourself.

  7. It is extremely vital to warm up before activities because if you don't, there is a good chance you will pull your muscle.

  15. This Dance is really hard, Kate (our dance teacher ) helped me and know I perfected it from start to finish (I think :( )
